Regular Visits

Avoid relapse with regular visits.

A typical visit to Haumesser Chiropractic and Massage begins with a big smile from our receptionist as you sign the sign in sheet.

You will be taken to a treatment room when you will be asked how you are progressing.  Afterward you will be given a “jeanie rub” which is a mechanical hand held massager on your back to relax you before your adjustment.  Then Dr. Matthew Haumesser will check your spine for subluxations (spinal deviations) and correct them with the chiropractic adjustment.  Some patients need more physical therapy, some do not.  Then the receptionist will set up a follow up visits for you.

A typical visit takes 15 minutes.

Dr. Matt Asks some important questions of interest to Cincinnati residents - Chiropractor Cincinnati Dr. Matt Asks...

Can someone who has had back surgery receive chiropractic care?
Yes. Rest assured that we will avoid the surgically modified areas of your spine. However, what we find is that surgical interventions will often produce spinal instability above or below the involved level. This is will be the focus of your chiropractic care.
What's the difference between a "good" drug and a "bad" drug?
As a chiropractor, I see the use of many drugs (legal or illegal) as merely symptom treating. Worse, virtually every drug produces unwanted effects. The effects of chiropractic are largely positive effects. If you're a Cincinnati parent, consider carefully before giving your child a cough medication, cold remedy or pain reliever so this sort of question doesn't arise in the first place.
